He was born in October 2^nd 1939 in the Suginami Region- Eastern Narita. Now he is 71 years old.

He grew in a family with 6 members. His brother Kiyohide who loves martial arts very much led him begin to the art of Aikido.

In August 1945 he moved in the Kagawa region. Suezawa Sensei tells these years as follows.

A year after this, my educational life begin in a primary school in the Kagawa. I attended one year that school. In 1947 I turned back to Tokyo and continued my education in the Suginami Daini Primary School. That time there were a lot of children and they were playing and entertaining as separate groups. In the 3^rd and 4^th classes I was same thing like a leader of the class. I collected all the boys of school and we went to play grounds instead of the school. This is most entertaining memory about those days. Than because of a change in terms of my class I left naughtiness and afterwards I had become a student who did not act in an irrational way. In the period of primary school I was good at horizontal bar. I obtained championships. I give weight to track and field events beside horizontal bar and I obtained significant success at them.

In middle school I begun Judo and I practiced it for tree years (by the companion of Sone Sensei) as a part of the club activity of school. Also I attended to the children Judo of polices.

In terms of meeting with aikido I can mention those facts: My brother had influenced very much by the master Shioda who, in a show of old martial arts performed in Enbu, hurled two or tree person in each time and he thought that I should practice Aikido. Thus, in 1955, I went to Aikido Yoshinkan in İidabashi region and by meeting required conditions joined it as 33^rd . 

Every day I went to dojo with my heavy bicycle covering a long way which took 40 minutes. Rain or snow was not problem for me. Besides Yoshinkan Aikido I practiced Kendo for one years. During these period I joined to the Aikido education camp in İwama. In university, besides aikido I practiced Japan Box and Karate (Yamada Tatsuo Sensei). When I was 30 years old I went to Saloon of Shiseikan and I was studied Kashima no Ken (Sword of Kashima). In 70’s I met with trainer Fukaya Shinichi and I studied İa-ido up to 4th dan and Martial arts of Jodo under his supervision. In 2002 I learned methods of Shinto Muso Ryu (a martial art which applies the theory of jodo and Jojutsu to the reality) from Arai Sensei who was the student of Nishioka Sensei When I heard that a technical Aikido show would be performed and master Ueshiba would climb into the Tatami. I immediately went to there. I noticed that I lost myself. Techniques practiced by him was bewildering and mysterious. Especially, I extremely amazed at his gleaming eyes. I personally testify that there was a green gleaming in his pupils and it was shining brightly. I an other time during a mountain training (Iwama) I saw that eyes of the Ueshiba was visible in the darkness of the night and that they gleamed like the eyes of a cat. While I was under the protection of Yoshinkan, I met with master Ueshiba who was living in Wakamatsu-cho and by deciding to study with him I went to him. My other trainer Komatsu Sensei wrote a letter of recommendation to him. Since he was a famous man, I was received by master Ueshiba very well. In his private room we make a lot of conversations and I obtained opportunity to saw his collection of poems and books. In Osaka where we went to the Kansai Graduation show, I was his personal guide and that time I saw what an important person he was. I had opportunity to join training camp in Iwama many times. That times Saito Sensei was very healthy and he kindly teach me to blow with a wooden sword which is made from various tiny branches for training purposes. I remember that Ueshiba sensei highly appreciated my performance in these studies. I can say that martial arts are my life source at that moment. I suppose that my success and permanency in my business depends on having a soul of a martial artist. I thing so business life and martial arts closely related to each others. I obtained self confidence by the help of Budo and it has showed me the way how to contend with various troubles without lost the war..   Martial arts wipe out boring, monotonous influences of life and also help me for protection my health. Through martial arts which are my job as well I can take an energy which is called youngness, from my students   Since 1970, during approximately 20 years, I studied with the trainer Fukaya Shinichi Sensei (7th Dan). my studies in the dojo of Nishioka Sensei will be 8 years in the February of this year (2007). By adding a new idea to all of these trainings I will try to create a new school. If we analyses the Japanese character which means “martial arts” then we see that it designates “Stopping war” or “no war”. I other words martial arts aim at harmony or creating harmony.   In terms of the aikido practiced by me, I thing so founder Ueshiba Morihei had an harmonious soul and realized form of an art. Those persons who study martial arts certainly obtain technique and soul of these arts. However I would like to say that what ever art you practiced is, if you don’t work upon it and if you don’t reflect it to your soul, it lost its meaning. I consider students not as apprentices but my brothers or members of a family. Studying an art and practicing a technique together is a deep and valuable relation. Including Aikido and Jodo, base is essential for all martial arts. For me this is similar to the roots of a three. A tree needs roots in order to gras soil for standing. A thick trunk and beautiful flowers are not important in terms of standing. For this reason I insist on the “base”.
